THE MOTOR STARTED SMOKING REALY BAD AND OIL IS LEAKING OUT THE VENT HOLE ON THE FUEL PUMP AND ALSO LEAKING FROM THE OIL FILLER TUBE MOTOR SOUNDS FINE AND IT SHOWS AROUND 95PSI OF COMPRESSION IT SEEMS THAT IT IS BUILDING TO MUCH PRESSURE IN THE CRANKCASE PLEASE HELP WITH A SOLUTION

Answer
It's one of two things either you have an air leak the crankcase causing positive pressure to build or your carburetor is overflowing.  I would suggest training the oil engine and checking it for gasoline.  If there is gasoline in the engine oil remove the carburetor disassemble it clean all the air and fuel passages with a wire from a twist tie and blowout with carburetor cleaner or compressed air.  Reassemble using a new carburetor kit and mount using new gaskets.  Reattach choke and throttle them that should take care of that.

If it is not gasoline in the oil then there is an air leak look where the oil filled to goes into the crankcase and the seal on the dipstick.  Check crankcase gasket for any leaks. Take out the breather and see if it is full of oil. If so clean it out and put back in.   Check where the fuel pump pulse line attaches to the crankcase and the line. Somewhere along there you should find it.

In future please do not use all caps. To hard to read. Thanks
