Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Snapper Mower Deck Height, snapper mower, deck height

I have a 28" Rear Engine HIVAC Snapper Mower (SR2810) made in 1993 that I recently purchased. How do you adjust the deck height control? On height level 5 it cuts at about 1.5". On height level 3 it is resting on the ground. This mower uses the cables to hang the deck in the rear and the deck sits like it should. Just too low.

Some of the Cable Lift Models have Adjusters and Others Do Not. I Could Not Locate the Model you Sent me. Please Check the Model Numbers and Make Sure you Sent me the Complete Model Number.
