Don't jump with automobile.  You will damage the ignition system sooner or later.  It can only be a few things.

1, A ground wire came off
2, A safety switch is out of position and not being activated.
3, Fuse blown
5, crankcase filled with gasoline.  

It is a you will not crank all will not move up and down remove the spark plug it see if the engine will turn over more than likely it will at that point drain all the oil and gasoline out of the machine put fresh oil into it and started up it will smoke for a wild but it will finally clear itself out this was caused by carburetor overflowing while you were transporting what happens is the float bounces up and down.  Each time it ounces the needle is picked off the seat and the carburetor overflows.  The only place for the gasoline to go crankcase and the air filter assembly.  You can prevent this by being sure your gas is turned off before you transport the unit.  I hope some of this information will solve your problem good luck.  Closely
