Tractor Repair: cub cadet brake clutch, cub cadet 149, agricultural tractor

I am looking to buy a cub cadet 149, but the "brake/clutch" needs to be worked on according to the seller.  He maintains that other than this everything is in very good condition.  
Is this a big job?  Expensive to repair?

i dont fix lawntractors i wouldnt expect it is expensive but couldnt really say for sure try the small engine experts
clearly you dont realise there is a big difference between an agricultural tractor and a tractor lawnmower the reason i suggested the small engine experts is that some of them work on lawn mowers also if you read my profile it does not say anywhere that i am a lawn tractor expert
if you ever get over the 70hp bracket let me know otherwise dont be wasting my time
