Question
Mower would not start so I jumped the solenoid which worked. I removed (with difficulty getting to it) the solenoid and I am trying to replace with a new one however somerthing is running but the starter is not engaging.  What did I do wrong or what Have I not connected and how do I connect it.

You have Wired the Solenoid Wrong Most likely. You can View a Breakdown/IPL of this Mower at this Site Addy; http://www.walkermowers.com/Manuals/ .
