Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Stuck Clutch on Sabre Lawn Tractor, clutch pedal, question pool

I have a Sabre lawn tractor (Model 1742HS). Yesterday while using it, I stopped the mower to move something, and when I stepped on the clutch and restarted the mower the clutch pedal did not release and the wheels are locked. Any idea what the problem is? Was working fine before this.

You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Engine and Mower at this Site Addy, http://jdpc.deere.com/jdpc/servlet/com.deere.u90490.partscatalog.view.servlets.H... and Enter the Model Numbers (1742HS) and Click Find. Then Select your Model from the Search Results Area. Then Select the Sectional File. Then Select the Section of the Mower you Wish to View Online. Does this Unit have the Hydro or Gear Transaxle? Check the Linkage for Binding. Thanks.
