Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 8HP Vertical shaft Bore Specs. 190707 5830, vertical shaft, aluminum cylinder

I need to know the Bore Specs for a 8HP 190707 5830-01 motor. I am currently rebuilding and don't know what justifies going up a size on the rings.

What justifies it is cost.  The rule of thumb is if the repair is more than 1/2 replace.  In this case it would be a new short block vs maching charges and the new parts.  You have to decide.  The cylinder will have to be bored and if it is an aluminum cylinder I dought the cost would justify.  If there is a steel sleeve in it there may be hope.
