Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Tecumseh dies at full throttle, spec numbers, model numbers

Hi, I have a Tecumseh AV520 auto auger Family: XTPXS.0985DA it has set around for a couple of years and I did have to clean the carb and replace the pin and diaphram. the engine starts with a little help from a spritz of ether into the air intake and seems to idle ok (although it sputters, I don't know what is normal for this engine.) Even when I sart to throttle up the engine seems to be reving up normaly; However, when I reach full throttle the engine dies. I hope I gave enough info, Thanks.

There Should be some Model Numbers (not Family Numbers) on the Blower Housing. Send me the Model and Type or Spec Numbers Off the Engine, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. Thanks.
