Toyota Repair: 97 celica, throttle plate, intake pipe

i have a 97 celica that starts good but wont rev pass 2200rpm.there is no check light and no codes.i change fuel pump,gas filter,ecu,tps,map sensor,and check timming.

Possibly a restricted intake or exhaust sytem, check for anything stuck in the air intake pipe between the air filter and the throttle body, make sure the throttle plate is open all the way when pushing nthe pedal all the way down, disconnect the catalityc converter and see if there is an iprovement.
