Answer
Hello Marshall:

No Worries. Have you Released the Parking Brake? The Clutch/Brake Pedal Should Move a Small Amount when Depressed and then the Parking Brake Lever can be Moved to the Released Position. When you are Going to Leave the Mower for ANY REASON, Please Apply the Parking Brake. Send me the Model Numbers Off the Mower, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. The Model Numbers are Usually Located Under the Seat on a Sticker or Tag on the Body. Thanks.
