What is the availability of a 21" push mower, big rear wheels'6hp, ball brg wheels heavy,duty deck, reasonable quality???

Usually you have to Purchase and Install the Ball Brg Wheels Unless you Purchase the Mower from a Small Engine Service Center. All the Brand Names, MTD, Toro, Snapper and JD have Good High Wheel Mowers. I Suggest you Visit a Few of your Local Mower Dealers and See what they have to Offer.
