Answer
Hello Again Sal:

You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Engine at this Site Addy; http://www.briggsandstratton.com/maint_repair/manual_and_more/doclist.aspx?categ... and Enter the Model Numbers (126702) and the First 4 Type Numbers (0114) in the Appropriate Boxes and Click GO. Then Select Download PDF. The Breakdown of the Carburetor is on Page 6 of 17 and the Idle Air Adjustment Screw is #118 in the Breakdown. This Carburetor has No High Speed Air Mixture Screw. I Suggest you Check the Intake Tube (page 2 of 17 and #625) and Make Sure it is Tight and the Gasket (page 2 of 17 and #52) is Good. Sometimes the Intake Tube Mount Bolts (Page 2 of 17 and #54) will Loosen and cause the Problem you Described. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
