Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): oil in craftsman tiller, rear tine tiller, craftsman rear tine tiller

Hello, please tell me where to put the oil in a Craftsman rear-tine tiller. There is a yellow cap that has "oil" on it and above that, there is a gray cap; what is the gray one for?
Don't have a manual.

It is Really Hard to Give Information without the Model Numbers. A Model Number would Help me Assist you Better.
