Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): front axle, assembly drawings, hxl

i have a toro 1644 hxl lawn tactor model 71196. any idea how to remove the front axle. took off 4 bolts and now it pivots on the center bar. cant figure out how to remove the bar or axle.

The Front has to be Totally Disassembled to Remove the Axle. The Pin is a Part of the Front Axle. You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower at this Site Addy, https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/default.cfm and Select Start Parts Viewer. Now Enter the Model Numbers (71196). Now Select View Assembly Drawings. Now Select the Front Axle File. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps.
