Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): fuel leak on Honda GC160, line clamps, fuel leaks

Question
I just purchased and installed a brand new Honda GC160 5.0HP horizontal throttle controlled gas engine onto a tiller. The engine runs fine and there are no fuel leaks when sitting running, but when I start to till and the tiller starts bouncing, the fuel starts to leak like crazy from what looks like the carb area. I disassembled the carb to check all gaskets and they were fine. All hose connections are fine.  What else could be causing this problem as it is strange that it only leaks when it starts to bounce around? Could it have anything to do with the float or pump?

Answer
Hello Steve:

Are the Fuel Line Clamps Tight? Is the Float Level with the Bowl when the Carburetor is Turned Upside Down and the Float is on Top? It May be the Float is Set a Little High for this Application. Slightly Bend the Float Set Tab so the Float Sets Slightly Lower in the Carburetor Bowl. Do Not Bend it too Much or the Engine will Starve for Gas. You May have to Adjust it Several Times to Locate the Proper Float Level for this Application. You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower/Engine at this Site Addy, http://hayward.arinet.com/scripts/EmpartISAPI.dll?MF&app=ASP&lang=EN&TF=Mainfram... and Select the Catalog American Honda. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
