Answer
Hello Rob:

You can View a Breakdown of this Unit at this Site Addy; http://www.atv-parts-center.com/ and Select Kawasaki PWC. Now Enter the Required Information to get to the Breakdown. Have you Checked the Fuel Lines and the Pick Up in the Tank? Make Sure there are No Holes in the Line that will Cause it to Draw Air into the Line. You Need to Locate the Cause of No Gas to the Filter. This can be Caused by Several Components in the Fuel System. The Relief Valve, the Fuel Tap (Shut Off Valve) and Some Model have a Vacuum Operated Fuel Pump. I Did Not See a Pump Listed for this Model. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
