Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): carb, composite material, tecumseh

Question
Hi i have a tecumseh OHV125  12/hp the carb bowl is warped I talk to a guy that his bowl warped to is there any other carb that will fit the motor I would like to put a metal carb and bowl on it  I think the heat from the engine doe's this to the carb bowl's  because it's plastic if you could tell me ''thanks alot mod-206603A---H  DOM-7018D

I have repaired lot of these engines and never come across this problem. The bowl is made of a composite material and is really durable.Is your exhaust blowing on the carb? Most times if this happens the fuel gets hot and makes the engine run really bad.I researched a few of our distributors as finding a different carb to replace and it just comes up with that one,sometimes you can modify one but then you would to do a lot of other adjustment like Valves,exhaust output,brackets cables etc etc. We have these in stock if you are looking for a bowl replacement at  our website.
