Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Craftsman 19.5hp B/S will not Start, craftsman model, safety switches

Question
Craftsman Model Number 917-270810 : Motor Number: 42E707 2631 E1

Problem:  I have new battery, Good Volts (13.25).  I replaced the Ignition Switch and Coil.  I can jump between battery and Starter and Engine will turn over.  When I turn the key nothing happens.  Another mechanic advised me to disconnect the Kill wire so I did and the motor started and ran.  I shutdown the motor, cut the throttle and chocked the engine.  I aired the tires to proper pressure and tightened some bolts to make sure they wouldn't come off.  When I got back on, about 1 hour later, I turned the key and nothing happened.  I bypassed the seat safety and replaced the deck switch safety with one I know was good and tested, still nothing.  I can't seem to find the brake/clutch safety switch.  The diagrams show it on one side of the mower but the assembly is on the other side.

Can you give me an idea of where to look for this or how I can bypass all the safety switches from a central location?  When the Seat safety is engaged there is no continuity so that is an easy fix just disconnect the thing.  The Deck switch is different in that it has 4 wires but the concept is the same.  I'm at a loss for where to find the switch that is giving me problems and the diagrams from sears aren't exactly helpful or clear, they all appear blurred for some reason, for that matter.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can not tell you to disconnect the safety switches #1 they are for safety,I would put myself in a bad situation by telling people that. We are not allowed to tell any one to do that, for reasons of liability. If you got hurt and couldn't work then that could fall back on me because I told you how to do this.

What I can do is help you trouble shoot this problem.
When remove the wire from the coil you are disconnecting the kill switch. So what you need to do is replace or check  push-in interlock Switch. This is located usually near the transmission mounted on the mower frame. You may have to remove the panel that is on the left side or the right side of the mower. The first thing to do is by-pass the safety switches one at a time and when the one you by-pass lets the mores start then that is the bad one, sounds simple right? Now to find them.Make sure you install the new safety switch, with this disconnected it may hurt or kill someone who is using this and doesn't know it is disconnected.
