Car Alarms: Rattler car alarm, rattler car alarm, sirem

I have a rattler car alarm in my vehicle. For some reason the remote is not working. The LED lights up light it should but no response. I know the brain is working correctlty because if I hold down the valet switch the sirem will go off. Is there a way to reprogram the remote? Thank you in advance for your help.

I am sure there is a way to re program, however
I don't have the procedure for Rattler. From what
it sounds like though, the alarm is in silent mode.
Try going to www.directed.com and see if there may
be a download there for the procedures manual.

You can also take this question to my forum site
at www.installsupport.com and see if one of the
techs there can offer some help on it.
