Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): gocart, go cart, gas tank

Question
I have a 5.5 chinese engine (like a honda)  on a gocart.  It dies like it isn't getting any gas when it turns right.  I took it to a shop and they checked the kill switch and the float, then he drained the gas and refilled it.  He said he could not get it to stall.  As soon as I turned right again it stalls.  Would gas moving around in the gas tank make it shut off or could it be something else?  It always starts right back up with one pull after it stalls on the right turns.

Answer
Hello Phil:

Usually the Go Cart Tanks have a Baffle in the Tank that Prevents the Gas from Rushing Away from the Fuel Pickup Tube. Some Tanks Use Foam to Prevent his Problem Also. Which Tank Does your Go Cart have? Does this Happen when the Tank is Full? Thanks.
