Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Leaking carbureator, gasket seal, 6 digits

Question
I am working on a 3.5 Hp B&S engine 91212 0219 01 code 93090303 on an edger.  I have removed and cleaned the carbureator and replaced all of the gaskets.  The engine is running great but I have a small leak between the tank and carburteator.  I applied a small amount of gasket seal to the tank and reinstalled but still have a seeping leak from the carb near the needle valve side of the carb. Any suggestions

Answer
Hello Jim:

You can View a Breakdown/IPL of this Engine at this Site Addy, http://www.smallenginepartswarehouse.com/parts.asp and Select the Shop Online Parts Look Up. Then Select the Model Tab. Then Select the OEM and Enter the Model (5 or 6 Digits) and Type Numbers (first 4 digits Only). Example: 91212-0219. Then Double Click on the Model in the Results Area. Now you can Select the Section of the Engine you Wish to View. If the Carburetor and Tank are Not Cracked; You will Need to Replace the Carburetor to Tank Mounting Gasket. I have had Tanks that were Bent in this Area and have Used 2 Gaskets Instead of 1 to Seal this Area Properly. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
