Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro 6.5 HP 22 recycler Mod. 20001, assembly drawings, model numbers

I can't get the belt to tighten to make the mower move forward.  The cable is hooked to the bar and the bracket-pivot on top of the transmission and it is not broken.  When I lift the bar, the whole transmission moves backward instead of forward to tighten the belt. Is there someplace on line I can find a schematic of this mower?
