Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 2 stage snowblower, sears craftsman, impellers

Hi I have a sears craftsman 2 stage snowblower the main impellers are locked up but the 2nd stage seem to spin free where would you look first?

Normally both stages are tied together.  The inner part is connected to a shaft that runs to the main impellers.  Is the bolt broke?

Have you checked the belts.  Can you send me the model number so i can look up the blower.  The model number is on a sticker and the format should be xxx.xxxxx.

Let me know the model number.
