when I pulled the rewind there was no resistance rewind pulled easy no cranking of the engine

Sorry for the Delay. I had to Purchase a New PC and then Switch my Files and Records from the Old One. Send me the Model and Type or Spec Numbers Off the Engine, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. Depending on the Model, it May be the Starter Pawls are Frozen or Broken. Thanks.
