Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): MOWER, briggs stratton, 4 digits

Question
I have been given a Briggs & Stratton Masport Quantum 35 4 Stroke lawn mower that needs repairing.However, the only other information that I have is a sticker that has No:A 13   on it, the last 4 digits have been torn across the top. Would you be able to help me as I would like to have it repaired.

Send me the Model and Type or Spec Numbers Off the Engine, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. The Model Numbers Should be Stamped Into the Blower Housing. What is the Brand of Mower the Engine is Mounted on? Thanks.
