Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Generac portable generator removal, briggs straton, portable generator

Question
I have Generac portable generator with a 10hp Briggs & Straton motor.  I ran out of oil and the engine slightly seized.  I am still able to turn the motor over but with great difficulty.  I am trying to disassemble the motor and inspect it but am unable to remove the rotor from the crank.  Is there a special tool for break the rotor off the crank?  I need to remove it to get to the 4 bolts holding the cover to the engine.  Thank you for any assistance you can provide

Answer
Hello Mark:

By Rotor; are you Asking about the Flywheel or the Armeture of the Generator? You can View a Breakdown of the Pressure Washer at this Site Addy; http://www.pressureparts.com/Manuals.aspx and Select the   Logo of the Manufacturer of your Pressure Washer. Then Select the Model of your Pressure Washer. Thanks.
