Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Huszvarna YTH2148 runs rough, crankcase oil, spec numbers

Question
We purchased this riding lawn mower three years ago.  It has never ran correctly.  Same problem over and over.  The company is horrible in customer service.  They changed the carburetor first.  Then again they said we need a maitenace schedule and we had oil change, filters changed, spark plugs, boots, and clean gas put in it.  Paid $250 for all of this.  Get it back run it less than 6 hours and doing the same thing.  Black smoke, chugging, not running.  Rich gas?  Oil in gas.  Now they say 2 weeks later we need to change all that again.  What is wrong with it.  We are not doing the maintenace thing again.  We want it fixed.  Can you help us with this?  We just want to fix it.

Answer
Hello Chris:

Are you Saying Gas in the Crankcase Oil? From Your Description it Sounds like the Carburetor Needle Valve is Sticking. Send me the Model and Type or Spec Numbers Off the Engine, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. The Engine Model Numbers May be Stamped Into the Blower Housing Above the Spark Plug. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
