Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): plug keeps filing out, stihl chainsaw, needle valve

Question
I have a 028 STIHL chainsaw. It keeps filing the pug and there is lots of fuel that comes out of the muffler. I would appreicate if you can help me with this problem.
Thanks, Jason

Answer
Hello Jason:

If the Engine is Fouling with Oil, then Increase the Gas to Oil Ratio. IE; 32/1 Ratio go to 40/1 Ratio. Usually if the Oil is to Thick in the Gas the Excess Oil is Exhausted as a Liquid Out the Muffler and the Plug Fouls Out Regularly. If the Engine is Fouling Out with Gas, then the Carburetor Needle Valve is Set to High and Allowing to Much Gas to Enter the Carburetor and Flood the Engine. Stihl Offers No Online Breakdowns or Other Support Except for a Dealer Locator. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
