Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Need help identifying Tecumseh engine and carb, spec numbers, select shop

Question
Hello,

I'm trying to rebuild the carb on an Ariens ST1032 snowblower, but the housing on the engine is so rusted I can only make out part of the numbers.

What I can make out are HM100 - ***034C SER ****D, where the * are letters/numbers I can't make out. I'm pretty sure of the C at the end of the middle set of numbers, but the other numbers are iffy. The model on the snow blower itself is 924052-001714.

Any ideas on how to make them readable or what the engine number and carb part number might be so I get the rebuild kit?

Thank you,
Joe
