Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): non start on murray lawnmower, murray lawnmower, key switch

Question
After replacement of new battery and spark plug with full charge done on battery what's next as still there is no starting.

Answer
Does the engine turn over?  Is this a riding mower?  Have you checked electrical plug on the back of the starter key switch?  Did you check the fuse?  Have you followed eacb wire from the key switch to each safety switch?  Dis-connect each safety switch connection and re-connect them to ensure there is a good connection.

Do you have a volt or multi-meter?
