Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Craftsman Riding mower will not start, phillips screwdriver, hello eddie

Question
The motor is a kohler 15.5 hp. The motor will turn but will not start. I checked all the wiring connections and kill switches. I put a phillips screwdriver in the spark plug boot and held it to the block and it had a weak spark.
I did find a relay switch that had rust inside it but it clicks when you turn the key. Could this be the source of the weak spark? The model number of the mower is 917.259592

What Happens if you Pour a Small Amount of Gas Into the Carburetor Throat and Try to Start the Engine. Does it Start and Quit? If yes, then the Carburetor or Fuel Pump  is the Cause ot the Problem. To Properly Check for Spark, Remove the Spark Plug. Wrap a Wire Around the Threads and Attach the Other End of the Wire to the Engine Block Turn the Engine and See if the Plug Fires. Thanks.
