Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Tecumseh HM80-155521X RPM Specs., tecumseh engine, obscure reference

The Technician's Handbook for this engine (installed on a McKissic VCB258 Yard Vac) contains only the obscure reference "Consult microfiche card #30 to find the correct
R.P.M. settings for the engine" Not too helpful for a DIY adjustment. Any idea what the main and idle speed RPM settings are, or where to obtain them (absent microfiche card #30)?

Since this is a Tecumseh Engine, I have a PDF Site Addy that May Assist you Also. http://www.tecumsehpower.com/CustomerService/BSI.pdf The Idle Speed is Set to 400 - 600 RPMs and Full Throttle is 3200 - 3800 RPMs Depending on Application. The Old Fiche has Become Very Helpful to me on this Site. LOL. I will Try to Locate a Site that you can View the Specifications and will Send a Follow Up when I do. Hope this Helps.
