MY TRACTOR WIIL NOT START.I TESTED THE BATTERY AND THE STARTER SELINOD IT JUST CLICKS WHEN I TURN THE KEY I CHECKED THE FUSES AND ALL THE WIRING. COULD T BE THE STARTER HOW DO I CHECK THE STARTER?

You said you checked the battery and it is good,now try to start the engine from the starter solenoid by jumping it. if the engine starts you need a new solenoid if not it still may be a battery problem. The starter would have to be removed and fasten down to a vise or a starter vise and get a new or different battery 12 volts only Now put the ground on the starter frame and the hot on the starter post. be very carefully doing this as you do not want to get hurt or short out something
