Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): B&S engine racing, engine model, fuel tank

Question
I have a TORO SR4 (model 20057) lawn mower. when mowing, I ran it into some high weeds/brush. the engine (model:122672, Type:0193-E1, Code: 050217FA) now races at a high speed. How do I get the engine to run at the "normal" speed?

Answer
I would recommend removing the fuel tank and engine shroud on the top of the engine.  This will expose all of the governor parts.  Check for bind and/or debris in the corner of the governor are.  Is the governor srping still connected?
