Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Harmony 1011, type numbers, harmony

Recently, when I try to start my Honda Harmony 1011, it seems as the engine is flooded.  The starter turns, but the motor does not start.  After reading some previous posts, I tested the plug to see if I am getting a spark...I am not.  Does this sound like a faulty coil?

Hello Brian:

On Some Models it May be the Igniter/Ign Module and Not the Coil. Send me the Model and Type Numbers Off the Engine, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Let me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.
