Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): removing intake valve seat and seal, briggs and stratton, question pool

I have a 6.75hp Briggs and Stratton. I am getting alot of smoke in the exhaust so I'm trying to replace the intake valve seat and seal but I am unsure of how to take them out.  I don't see the trick to taking them out.  I have the valves out.

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. Why are you Removing the Valve Seat? Is it Burnt, Cracked or Loose? You will Require Special Tools to Remove and Replace the Valve Seat. Thanks.
