Toyota Repair: 1999 Tacoma ABS sensor, master brake cylinder, abs light

Question
Hello Mr. Ritter,
My brother was researching for me in the net on problems with my truck.  He came across your forum and forwarded it to me.  If you could shed some light with my on-going problem with my truck, I greatly appreciate it.
All right, I got it diagnosed for the 2nd time and the tech gave me a different diagnosis from the first one (different shop). This truck is driving me crazy!!!

1st Tech - diagnosed it with broken left front speed sensor (driver side) and deceleration sensor ($1400 parts and labor).

2nd Tech - diagnosed it with since the ABS light is on the braking system is all jacked up that the braking proportion is not all equal (I've replace the front rotor 3x within 1.5 yrs) this last rotor I bought was from the dealer (expensive stock ones)!!

How it started: did a panic stop last year to prevent a collision and at the same time landed on a pothole; and ABS light and airbag light came on right away but did not have a collision, air bag did not deploy.

Present day: Once in awhile the ABS light goes off; which gives me good braking. I've noticed right before the ABS light comes on upon braking, I've notice something grinding or a winding up spring on my right foot (gas foot) when applying the brakes (Master brake cylinder?)and could not slow down and have to pump the brakes from me to stop.
Also:
This would be the 3rd time to take it in to have the dealer fix my airbay.  First two times, they replaced the seatbelt pretensioner.  why does it go bad so ofter?  $125!!

What I have done:
1) replace brakes and rotors with original parts.
2) cleaned all 4 abs sensor with electrical cleaner----does not help.
3) took to Express tire to get brakes flushed and replaced, balanced and rotated tires also.
4) researched for original parts in the net:
abs left front sensor $130; deceleration sensor $550. ( I would buy it from a junkyard but I would rather have it new since sensors are really sensitive).

Conclusion: Don't have the funds to get it fixed the right way ( will cost over $1500 for repairs), thought about driving it to a telephone pole and just pay the deductable ($500)which is much cheaper to get it fixed; one thing I don't have an airbag
Any recommendations? ........I hate to trade it in, truck is already paid for.

ps: I hope this wasn't too long since I like to explain things in detail.  Thank you very much in advance.

Answer
There are two seperate issues and are not related, there is a problem with the ABS system and another one with the airbag(SRS) system, does this truck have VSC(vehicle skid control)?
To be able to try to even begin to help I would need to know the DTCs(diagnostic trouble codes) stored in the computer at this time regarding each system.
