Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): MTD Yard Machine belt, guide pin, battery box

Question
Under my seat/battery box, I can see two belts. One is in a triangular form. Under it is a belt that goes from that point to the front of the mower and is related to the brake. I dislodged that lower belt when I hit a stick and jammed it into the wheel of the triangular belt. Now that I have it loose, I can't figure out how to get it back on its proper wheel. There is a guide pin on one side and another rail on the other side of the wheel. Where is the release that allows me to slide that belt back onto its wheel?
