Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda HRR216VXA, authorized service center, clutch assembly

Question
My lawnmower is only aout six months old, and yesterday while I was cutting my grass the blade would stop running about every two minutes. It is something to do with the HHR system, but I don't know how to fix it. Any help is much appreciated!
It doesn't appear as anything is caught anywhere, what it acts like is it that the bag is full, even when the mulcher setting is on.

The Problem Sounds like it May be in the Clutch Assembly. If the Mower is Only 6 Months Old, then Take it to an Authorized Service Center for Repairs. Make Sure the Blade Bolt is Tight. Remove the Spark Plug before Working Under the Mower. Thanks.
