Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): B&S GTS5 6hp sputters, air gap, steel surfaces
QuestionThe 6hp B&S GTS5 engine I have on my Toro selfpropelled sputters and runs very rough and sporatic.A mouse built a nest under the blower housing and I believe caused the coil steel plates to rust.I lightly sanded the coil steel surfaces but didn't readjust the air gap.The carb. boss where the main jet screws into has a notch.Does that have to lineup with the brass jet port.Model #12H802-1758-E1 code 98051556
