Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): automatic tran-axle, hp honda, transaxle

I have a 42" cut craftsman w/ 16.5 hp Honda automatic and the rear end is locked up.This is the second time I've experienced this issue and the mower is only 3yrs old.Is this a recall issue with this mower??? LT 3000 Craftsman.

I have Not Received or Heard of a Recall Notice on this Mower or Transaxle. I will Look Into it Further Tomorrow. Ask me this Question Again in 48 Hrs. I will Contact Sears and Honda and Discuss the Issue with them. Thanks.
