Can I set the timing on a 6.5 hp ohv engine, and if so, how?

Hello Russ:

The Spark Plug Timing is Set with the Flywheel Key. The Valve Timing is Set with the Timing Marks on the Crankshaft and Cam Lined Up. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Let me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.
