Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Craftsman II 18hp Twin V, proper manuals, question pool

I get VERY little spark at the plug. I think water got into the Magnetron Ignition system. I took it apart enough to tell that I probably need a shop do do the repair. Do you have any advice though about the process though that might help me out? It looks like I have to take off the pulley assembly, that was the reason I would take it to the shop unless there is a better way. I'm really bummed.

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. What is the Problem with the Mower? Will Not Start at All? Will the Mower Start and Quit if you Spray Starter Fluid Into the Carburetor Throat or Carefully Pour a  Small Amount (1oz) of Gas Into the Carburetor Throat? Usually if there is Spark the Coil/Magneto is Good. Send me the Symptoms of the Mower, Please. Also, Send me the Model Numbers Off the Mower and Engine, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manuals and Better Assist you. Thanks.
