Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): toro 10-32xl maintenance, proper manuals, assembly drawings

Question
Just bought a toro riding mower 10-32XL. When the blade is disengaged the motor runs rough. When the blade is engaged it still runs rough but not as rough. The best way for me to explain is the motor runs then seems to need to catch it's breath, briefly, then the cycle continues.

From your Description, it Sounds like the Carburetor Mixture Screws May Require Adjustment. The Numbers you Sent me are the Series Numbers. Send me the Model Numbers Off the Mower and the Engine, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manuals and Better Assist you. You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower at this Site Addy, https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/default.cfm (**You can also use this Page to Locate the Model Numbers if you Do Not Know Where to Look.**) and Select Start Parts Viewer.  Now Enter the Model Numbers.
