Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Lawnboy wont start warm or hot after 2min., reed valves, hearts content

Hello, I have a Lawnboy #R8242AE (1986) I have referbished the unit and it will start and run fine. It will restart immediately when hot, it will not re-start if it is warm or hot if you wait 5 min. Are the reed valves a possibility? I have checked and cleaned everything. Carb looks good and is clean. The spark is always there. Does not seem to be flooding.Just won't start warm

Yes, This Could be a Reed Problem. I Can Also be a Flooding Problem. While the Engine Sits and is Cooling, a Small Amount of Gas can Seep into the Cylinder. You can Pull to your Hearts Content and it Will Not Start Until Cool. My Dad Had One. lol. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.
