Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): MTD mower deck cutting low, height adjustments, mower deck

Hello John -
I recently noticed that my MTD 46" riding mower is cutting extra low. Model number 13Ak695H352 serial number 1D177H20056 I have checked the height adjustments for the deck and they are as high as they can go. While cutting I have the deck in the highest possible position as well. Any ideas? Thanks!

Does the Deck Lift Up and Down Properly? You can View a Breakdown/IPL of this Mower at this Site Addy, http://www.smallenginepartswarehouse.com/parts.asp and Select the Shop Online Parts Look Up. Then Select the Model Tab. Then Select the OEM and Enter the Model Numbers. Then Double Click on the Model in the Results Area. Now you can Select the Section of the Mower you Wish to View. I am Using this Breakdown/IPL for Reference. Select Deck Lift and Hanger Assembly. My Personal Mower has the Same Deck Lift As the One Pictured. There May be a Broken Part on the Lift System Under the Gas Tank; Inside the Frame. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.
