Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): help, sthil, fuel line

hello john sorry to bother u again my brother took a sthil fs36 weedeater apart to check flywheel key he put back together and the cord won't pull he done something wrong.i don't know why he did this it crunk before then it would not crank he cleaned the fitting where fuel line goes to primer because it wasn't getting gas to primer after he did this it crunk and now it doesn't. he bought new carb kit carb is walbro wt160b he put on and then he took apart where engine goes to pole to check flywheel i don't know why he done this now he has bigger problem is there anything u know that he may have done wrong the cord won't pull to crank. thanks alot john and i still think u r the best expert on this site.i appreciiate everything u have helped me with.
