Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Help with Bolden push lawn mower, hp model, dipstick tube

Question
I have Bolen push lawn mower 4.5 HP (model# 11A-414E765, serial no. 1A115K21858).  I had problems with it last summer.  So I put it in thwe garage.  Low and behold, I went to start it and it is still not working.  I changed the gas, put on a new spark plug and added new engine oil.  I was unable to do a bottom oil drain.  I press the push primer about 10 times and pull the starter handle.  It will start for a few seconds and then it will stop.  I noticed some smoke coming from the muffler.  Is there soemthing that I can do?  Thanks.

Answer
Don't feel bad Gerard. Apparently at allexperts.com there are about 5 people a day with this same question.
You have to clean your carburetor. It has clogged jets and must be disassembled and cleaned.

By the way. There is not a bottom drain plug. You need to tip the mower on it's side and pour it out the dipstick tube.
