Answer
Hi Again Andy:

Glad to Hear from You again. I Hope Everything is Good with you. With the OEMs (Briggs, Tecumseh, Kohler, Ect) you Purchase a Dealership. With Rotary and Other Parts Suppliers (Outdoor Distributors, Dixie Sales,Ect.), you have to Supply them with Certain Information (Federal Employer ID #, Business Lic Number, Ect) and Apply for the Jobbers/Dealers Discount or Account. When Ordering you Have to Order a Minimum Amount in Order to Receive Shipping at No Charge. Usually you Get the Ordered Parts/Supplies on a 30 Day Net Account which you Pay within 30 Days of Receiving the Order. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Let Me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.

Good Luck

Respectfully

John
