Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): homelite blower/vac, m1a1 tanks, blower vac

Question
Paul, I also know a bit about tanks. I worked for General Dynamics on the M1A1 tanks as a Supplier Quality Rep and prototype Inspection Leader. I have a Homelite blower/vac that always ran great and started easily. the last time I used it, it stared as normal but after about 20 minutes it started to slow down and finally stalled. It will not start. I took it apart and may have changed that gap on the magneto. I don't know what it should be but I set it to .010 inch. I still have spark but it won't start. It doesn't seem to fire. Probably not getting gas? Any suggestions?

Answer
Throw it away and buy a new blower. I live in Kansas City and the paper has them for 59.99 this week.
This baby is a throw away. I recommend a "good" blower they start at about 199.99. It will LAST UNTIL YOUR GRANDKIDS DIE.
CLEAN THE CARB IT WILL DEFINITELY HELP. The EPA has jacked with blowers so bad that it takes very little time to stack the tolerances to the point that it won't run
